Vehicle collisions involving young drivers—resulting in injuries and fatalities—are on the rise.
According to NHTSA, Motor vehicle traffic crashes are still a leading cause of death for 15 to 20 year-olds. In 2022 alone, over 1.27 million young drivers were involved in police-reported traffic crashes in the U.S., resulting in more than 180,000 injuries and 2,034 deaths—highlighting the urgent need for improved road safety among young drivers.

Do I have to pay to become an Affiliate Partner?
There are no upfront or recurring costs to become an Affiliate Partner.
How do I know if one of my clients has registered for the program?
As an Affiliate Partner you are given access to your own private dashboard to view who has purchased sponsorships and how much your chapter have earned to date.
What kinds of sponsorships will my clients be invited to participate in?
We’re mainly offering them three packages that they can sponsor.
(1) School Supporter at $49/month – An affordable way for small businesses and local supporters to make an impact and gain recognition. Includes one digital pin in a school zone on the Reward Zone Map.
(2) Community Partner at $299/month – A great opportunity for businesses to step up their visibility with our highly engaged young driver audience. Includes one digital pin in a school zone plus nine additional pins you can place anywhere of your choice.
(3) City Champion at $499/month – Businesses can maximize their reach with young drivers. Includes one school-zone pin plus 24 additional pins you can place anywhere, creating multiple Reward Zones and brand touchpoints across the district.
How will my chapter receive the funds?
Your chapter will receive funds either monthly through PayPal or twice a year by cheque.
Is there a limit to how much my chapter can earn?
No, there are no limits on the amount of revenue you can earn as an Affiliate Partner for your chapter.
There are restrictions on some methods of promotion and marketing which can be reviewed in the agreement you will receive once approved.
Where does my affiliate link go?
Your unique affiliate referral link directs potential sponsors to the Safe Road Champions page, where they can learn about our mission, explore our tools, and purchase a sponsorship package.
When a sponsor purchases a package through your link, the sale is attributed to your chapter/school, and the commission is assigned accordingly.
How do I promote my affiliate links?
You will get access to your Affiliate Dashboard that is designed to be your digital companion throughout your affiliate journey—to guide, equip, and support you every step of the way.

Outside of those resources, you cannot use illegible promo codes, or incentivize referrals without express written consent from Safe Roads Team.
