PayPal Business Account for Schools

To set up a PayPal account for a U.S.-based school—nonprofit or business—you’ll need the school’s legal name, address, phone number, email, and tax ID (EIN). PayPal also requires the authorized user’s SSN or ITIN for verification. Once approved, the school can receive online payments. Please coordinate with your School Admin for setup.

If your organization doesn’t have a PayPal account yet, use the link below to set one up on PayPal’s official website.

Receive Funds via Cheque Payment

This option is only available to FCCLA Affiliates. If your school or chapter does not allow the use of PayPal as a payment method, funds can be sent via cheque. Unlike PayPal, which provides monthly payouts, cheque payments are issued once or twice a year:

Please ensure you provide accurate payment details to guarantee a smooth and timely transfer of funds. If you or your organization choose PayPal as the payment method but do not yet have an account, please scroll down to set one up.
