How Does Sponsorship Work?

The rewards that drivers earn for consistently practicing safe driving are what power the Safe Roads Challenge.

Corporate sponsors support the program by funding specific reward zone locations on the map, known as Pins. Drivers collect these Pins by safely driving past within 1,500ft (500m) of these locations. Once they’ve collected a set number of Pins, they become eligible to redeem a reward—such as a contest entries, discounts, coupons, or gift cards to a participating retailer.

These reward locations can be the sponsor’s own business locations or other designated community landmarks of their choosing (these could be parks, malls, schools, etc.).
